• 6 Potatoes
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 3-4 tbsp Matza meal
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1 Finely chopped onion
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Finely chopped carrot
• 1 tsp Salt

• Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
• Peel and grate the potatoes.
• Put the potatoes in a bowl with the remaining ingredients except oil.
• Heat oil in a pan for about 5 minutes.
• Add the above prepared potato mixture to oil.
• Bake at 425 degree F for 10 minutes.
• Reduce the temperature to 350 degree F.
• Bake again for 45 minutes.
